Credit Cards Info user review:

Despite the fact that the interest rate is shown on various websites in the range of 9 to 9.9 percent, my rate has been steadily increasing every month and is now at 16.4 percent! I have had this card for 14 years! And I have excellent credit! I seldom carry a balance on this card, so the increrases went undetected until recently. I asked for an explanation -- both in writing and on the phone. No real answers were given, although they did offer to reduce the rate to 12. Still, new customers get a better deal. Perhaps the best deal of all is to go elsewhere.
